TAILORED TRAINING DEVELOPMENT FOR NEW IT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Gerard worked with THE company to develop training for the implementation of a new Information Technology Financial Management Solution, MagicOrange. The training was meticulously tailored by persona type, ensuring it aligned with the specific needs of different business units and departments.

CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT

MODERNISING CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT

Gerard spearheaded the modernisation of Capability Management policies and processes. He enhanced an existing system by introducing a Business Management System (BMS) that updated and collated processes while digitising policy documents to ensure they were current and easily accessible to end-users
